报告人简介:
袁泉博士,清华大学车辆与运载学院智能出行研究所副所长。研究方向为智能车辆与人机工程、交通安全与事故分析。担任公安部交通管理局第二届全国道路交通事故深度调查专家,中国汽车工程学会高级会员、越野车技术分会专家委员会专家,中国智能交通产业联盟信息安全工作组组长,世界交通大会自动驾驶与共享交通技术委员会主席,国际期刊《Digital Transportation and Safety》副主编、《Frontiers in Future Transportation》编委,《Journal of Intelligent & Connected Vehicles》编辑部主任,《交通运输工程学报》青年编委、《中国公路学报》专刊编委。主持/参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、国际合作等课题40多项。发表论文100多篇,其中SCI/EI检索50余篇,出版专著3部,申请/授权发明专利10余项,软件著作权2项,参编行业标准10余项,多次获得科研与教学奖励。
报告内容简介:
It seems to be a chicken-egg question that which one is the priority, the smart mobility or traffic safety? This report starts from the actual situation of road traffic safety issue in China, demonstrates the development level and application status of intelligent connected vehicle technology, and makes a comparison that whether intelligent connected vehicle technology can solve the bottlenecks and problems of traffic safety. On this basis, the following questions are discussed: 1) What are human's demands for autonomous driving in reality? 2) What are the boundaries of traffic safety and traffic civilization for autonomous driving? 3) Are intelligent vehicles fully safe now? Can the accident risks of traditional vehicles be avoided? 4) Where and when will we meet automated vehicles in real life? We discuss and imagine the development direction of smart mobility in the future.
