Kindness

We've taken the practice of Seva and put a bow on it. In fact, we encourage selfish giving. Every retreat that you enjoy here for yourself contributes to our ability to gift retreats to families in need.

The Bija Foundation's mission is to provide wellness experiences to New England area families with children who are living with cancer.

Know a parent/guardian in need? Click here.

Compassion

We are looking for incredible yoga teachers, energy workers, massage therapists, sound healers, meditation guides, and all around compassionate people to help us create mindful retreat experiences for these special guests.

If you are interested in offering your services for one of the onsite retreats for caregivers or if you would like to participate in our 'virtual meet and teach' program for the children, let us know.

Generosity

Donate

Through the generosity of sponsors like you, the Bija Foundation aims to provide the parents/primary caretakers of children who are battling cancer with accessible and tangible self care tools while our 'virtual meet and teach' program nourishes the children in the hospital. The vision is to cultivate experiences for these families that can improve their overall sense of well-being by changing their relationship with stress.
